How do I place an order?
Choose the appropriate service. Fill in the order details: add photos, a video, a comment, and any other important information. Enter the address and your preferred time, then confirm the order. After that, you will receive price offers from different specialists.

Yes, absolutely. This is a required field, and you will not be able to confirm the order without it. Can I include multiple jobs in one order?
Yes, but only if the services are included within the same main category. For example, in the “Home or Office Maintenance” category, you can select plumbing, electrical, or furniture repair services within a single order. However, this order will only be visible to specialists who have added all of those services to their profile. In other words, if a specialist is a plumber but does not repair furniture, they will not see your order.
How do I choose the visit time?
This depends entirely on the customer’s preference. After filling out the order, the system will ask you to choose a convenient time for the visit. After the order is placed, you can also change details such as the time, date, and order description.
Can I place an urgent service request?
There are more than 3,000 specialists registered in the app. They usually respond to orders very quickly. You only need to choose the specialist who is available at that moment and ready to come to the address you provided.
What should I do if I entered the wrong address or time?
After confirming the order, you can change the time, date, address, and order description.
