Choosing a Specialist

Read the reviews. Check the specialist’s rating and the number of jobs they have completed. See what the specialist has written about themselves, as well as what services and jobs they have added to their profile. Also pay attention to the “VERIFIED” or “NOT VERIFIED” label on the specialist’s photo: in the first case, it means the specialist has verified their identity document.

Every specialist starts with a 5-star rating. That is why, in addition to the rating, you should also check how many jobs this specialist has completed. Reviews are written by other customers who have already used this specialist’s services.

Once you choose a specialist, their phone number becomes available to you, and the selected specialist can see your address and phone number. If the specialist is late, we recommend first trying to contact them by phone. If they do not show up, you can cancel that specialist: open the order and find the “find another specialist” option. After that, your order will become available to all specialists again, and you will still be able to see the previous offers and choose another option.
