What should I do if the specialist is late or does not show up?
Once you choose a specialist, their phone number becomes available to you, and the selected specialist can see your address and phone number. If the specialist is late, we recommend first trying to contact them by phone. If they do not show up, you can cancel that specialist: open the order and find the “find another specialist” option. After that, your order will become available to all specialists again, and you will still be able to see the previous offers and choose another option.
